Refund policy
This page sets out the provisions of our general terms and conditions of sale on the right of withdrawal, the “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee, returns and complaints. For delivery times and costs, please see our shipping policy.
Right of withdrawal
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order.
“Satisfied or refunded” guarantee: 3 months
Bio-Gestion offers you an extended 3-month “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee.
If, after taking the product regularly for 3 months, you do not obtain the stated result, the price of the products will be refunded to you. The return costs set out below apply.
You will be asked for a signed declaration on your honour stating that you have followed our recommendations on frequency and dosage to the letter.
Returns
Please note: before returning a parcel, you must contact us by telephone or by post. Under no circumstances can a return be accepted without prior contact.
Once Bio-Gestion SA has given its approval, you may proceed with the return. The parcel must be properly packed in its original box, carry sufficient postage and be accompanied by the invoice.
Return costs are borne by you. In addition, charges for inspecting, disinfecting, repackaging and restocking the goods are deducted from your refund, at a rate of 20 € per return.
Complaints
Complaints must be made by telephone (+41 22 990 26 26) or by e-mail (info@gelaform.com) within 48 working hours at the latest of receipt of the goods.
We accept a return of goods within the statutory period of 14 days, provided that the packaging has not been opened, and only in the following cases:
- the products received do not correspond to the order;
- the packaging arrived at your home damaged.
